Our booking process is designed to be simple and personal. From your initial inquiry to securing your date, this guide walks you through how our partnership begins and what you can expect as we start planning your wedding decor together.

We begin the decoration process with an initial personal or online meeting. This consultation gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and for you to share your vision—your preferred style and the atmosphere you have imagined for your wedding.
The fee for the first consultation is 25,000 HUF; however, should you choose us to create your wedding décor, this consultation fee will be fully waived.

 In the next step, we dive deeper into developing and refining the decorative details. The price proposal is based on everything discussed during the consultation and includes all mentioned decorative elements, even those that may still require further clarification or refinement.
In addition to a detailed cost breakdown, we also prepare a variety of visual elements for you, helping to convey the overall atmosphere and aesthetic we envision for your wedding.

If you choose to place your trust in us to design and create your wedding décor and accept our proposal, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your date, along with the signing of a contract.
From this point forward, the real journey begins. In the months leading up to your wedding, we arrange a complimentary site visit to ensure every decorative detail harmonizes beautifully with your venue. The remaining 70% balance is due in the days following your wedding.

We most often hold online meetings with our international clients; however, I always enjoy meeting couples in person for our first conversation—ideally over a cup of coffee. Of course, the initial consultation can also take place online, in the format that feels most convenient and comfortable for you.

Is an online consultation possible?

Ideally, we recommend getting in touch around 8–10 months before your wedding. Planning timelines vary from couple to couple, but availability tends to fill up quickly, and by early spring—just ahead of the wedding season—our remaining dates are often quite limited.

How far in advance should we book?

Honestly—just about everything that contributes to the visual look and feel of your wedding. As your big day approaches, you’ll be faced with countless tasks and decisions, and you’re always welcome to turn to me with any questions, I’m here to support you every step of the way. :)
